Nithya is an accomplished Advanced Nurse Practitioner specializing in women’s health, with a particular focus on menopause, perimenopause, hormone replacement therapy (HRT) management, cervical smears, and contraception, including coil insertions/removals and subdermal implant insertions/removals.
Nithya began her nursing journey by qualifying in India in 2009 and furthered her education with a master’s degree from Oxford Brookes University in 2011. With over a decade of experience in primary care, Nithya is known for her compassionate and comprehensive approach, ensuring personalized care tailored to each woman’s unique needs.
Committed to continuous learning and staying abreast of the latest advancements in women’s health, Nithya provides evidence-based care. Nithya holds a diploma in sexual and reproductive health (DFSRH) and is currently working towards becoming a certified BMS menopause specialist.
